Mr. Pressley is a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton. He leads the Foreign Affairs team within Booz Allen and has responsibility for all international development activities.
Mr. Pressley brings over twenty-five years of program management experience to Booz Allen Hamilton after finishing a government career as Acting Administrator at the United States Agency for International Development. Formerly a career Senior Foreign Service Officer, Mr. Pressley has served in overseas posts in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He was the key architect of the design of the programs of assistance to Central and Eastern Europe and Eurasia. He developed the strategic framework governing all the country strategies of the 27 countries of this region.
Mr. Pressley graduated from the Georgetown School of Law. He has held positions as a government lawyer, as a senior government executive, as an international entrepreneur, and now as the head of a major international consulting group within Booz Allen.
